Welcome to Pilotage Day – a day filled with maritime history, open environments and vibrant archipelago culture.
During the day there is open house at:
The Pilot Archive, The Master Pilot, The Archipelago Museum, The Maritime Museum, Friends of the Fishing Boat and Oxelö Krog.
In boat houses and at wooden boat docks in Oxelösund, boats are also displayed clinker-built wooden boats.
The boats are presented by The Boat Team – a collaboration for the preservation and use of wooden boats within the Nordic clinker boat tradition .
